Making Business Choices “Now” that Will Lead to Success!

Many business owners are scrambling now, not knowing what to do, or who to go to for advice. In this article, you will find some answers to help you get started in the right direction and relaunch successfully.

Let’s start with how you got here. You might be in one of these two situations.

1. Group one. Have a smart business structure with a financial reserve fund to help you navigate for at least six months. Even though you may not be making as much money as before, you will still be OK.

2. Group two. Don’t have a financial reserve due to poor business structure. You were operating with the bare minimum and now because of the Coronavirus disruption, you are forced to make drastic decisions and be faced with tough times ahead.

The question is, will group two survive? The good news is they can, but only if they change their business model. The point is what can you do now? The following are important things we need to relaunch properly and successfully.

I. The choices that we make, lead us to where we are
How did the number one group and the number two group get to where they are right now? By the choices that they made. You see, it’s not due to the Coronavirus disruption alone that group two is struggling. The situation that they are in now is due to bad choices or lack of the right choices they made a year ago, or even two or three years ago.

Moving forward, make the right choices for your business. Making the right choices will get you closer to achieving your goals. Don’t waste time trying to figure things out all by yourself. Don’t self-medicate; Google is not your friend. You can spend hours and days researching and researching for the right choices and get stuck, instead of taking appropriate action to help you succeed.

II. Predictable Success
What does predictable success really mean? Predictable success is when you structure your business in a way where you are predicting positive outcomes and success.

For example, in group one, the ones with the cash reserves, the healthy businesses, implemented predictable success. What does predictable success look like?

Have Predictable success strategies

  1. Proper company vision, structure, style, relevant
  2. Focus on lead generation and effective marketing
  3. Performance-based compensation model in place
  4. Pricing for profit – not non-profit
  5. Has 100s of members with a recurring revenue model
  6. Investment in training and development of the team

If group two had just focused on these six predictable success strategies, they would not be where they are now.

But as I said, there is hope! If Mastermind Members are able to be in group one and still be profitable even now, so can you. Start now by implementing predictable success. We have experienced an increase in membership enrollment due to the fact that business owners want to save their businesses and make the necessary changes to ensure their success. The best way to achieve that is by implementing predictable success!

III. Believe in your Vision and Abilities – Yours & the Team’s
Your role as a leader is to come up with the vision. Ask yourself, what do you want your business to be like? Envision it, bring forth your desires, clarify them and share them with your team. The goal is to gain buy-in from the team so everyone can work together toward one common goal, success!

If you are having difficulty coming up with your vision, don’t stop. Reach out to a mentor. Brainstorm with someone who has your best interests. You don’t have to be alone. IV. Not just any action, the right Action!
Action for what might have worked before may not necessarily work moving forward. Now is the time to apply proven effective actions that lead to success now.
