In my note this month, I used the Taxi Driver Analogy to illustrate the fact that they leave their home not knowing where they are going to end up and how some people are running their business in the same manner. They show up to work, wonder what they are going to be doing today and react to what comes their way. Are you a taxi driver or are you a leader?
