SPEAKER AGREEMENT

Event: Prosperity Seminar

Vision to Victory

*Detailed Event Schedule will be made available closer to the event date

This Speaker Agreement is made between InSPAration Management, referred to as “Host” and, referred to as “Speaker". In consideration of the promises and covenants contained herein, and intending to be legally bound hereby, both parties agree as follows:

CONSIDERATION
The Host hereby agrees to sponsor the event and make every effort to fill the room, to provide support, AV and assistance to the Speaker. The Host will market the event and make sure the event is carried out in a professional manner.

Speaker agrees to speak at the Seminar. If the Speaker makes an offer, you promise to deliver product, service, as promised/ sold at the event, warrants its value as stated, and hereby holds harmless and indemnifies The Host from shortfalls on speaker’s products or delivery.

SPEAKING TIME

The Event Host will give you your Speaking time at a later date once the schedule is set. At the event the Speaker is not to exceed their allotted time. The Host will signal you with the countdown. We must ensure the event stays on schedule to give you, the speaker, a chance to meet and greet, answer questions and to close sales at the “Back of the Room”.

FACILITY AND TEAM

Host will supply the following:

  1. Meeting room and venue needs
  2. Speaker microphones and sound
  3. LCD projector and screen
  4. Professional sales and support team
  5. Promotion of event through website, email blasts and ads

Speaker to supply presentation material, product order forms and products to sell at this event.

BIO/PICTURES/MARKETING MATERIALS

Speaker will provide host with a high-quality photograph and a bio for use in promotional efforts.

SPEAKER PRODUCTS (OFFERS)

If the Speaker wishes to make an offer during the event.  All offers must be approved prior to the event.  All products, product prices and terms and promotional pieces are to be listed with the Host at least 30 days prior to the event. The Speaker will sell and mention only the following products and services mutually agreed upon between the parties:

DIVISION AND PAYMENT OF PROCEEDS

This is agreed upon between the speaker and the event host prior to the event.

NAMES AND ADDRESSES OF ATTENDEES
The Speaker will receive contact information of all attendees who purchased any of the Speaker’s products. The Speaker will not directly solicit attendees of the Event who have not purchased Speaker’s products or services, other than for solicitations that occur during the performance of Speaker’s Services under this Agreement. Speaker is prohibited from any leafleting for any purpose without Host’s prior written approval of the handout.

STANDARD RELEASE
All work is done for hire, the event and all its contents and outputs are the property of the Host. The Speaker hereby authorizes and consents that Host, its legal representatives, successors, licensees or assigns, shall have the absolute right to copyright, publish, use, sell, or assign any and all photographic portraits or pictures, television spots, movie films, video recordings and /or sound recordings, or any part thereof, they may take or make of Speaker at event, or in which Speaker may be included in whole or in part, whether apart from or in connection with, illustrative or written printed matter, story or news item, motion pictures, television or radio spots, or publications appearing on the Internet or World Wide Web, or for publicity, advertising or any other lawful purpose whatsoever, in conjunction with Speaker’s own or a fictitious name, or in reproduction thereof in color or otherwise, and Speaker hereby waives all claims for any compensation for such use or for damages, now or anytime in the future, and hereby waives any right that Speaker may have to inspect and/or approve the finished product or the advertising copy that may be used in conjunction therewith or use to which it may be applied, now or anytime in the future. The Host owns unrestricted MASTER Duplication rights to the entire event, and hereby grants to Speaker the unrestricted MASTER Duplication rights to their own performance, to use in any way the Speaker believes fit.

TRAVEL
It is agreed that the Speaker will arrange his/her own travel and lodging at own expense.

LEGAL EXPENSES
In case of dispute and if arbitration does not succeed, an attorney shall be retained to protect any right of any party under this agreement. The party whose action or inaction proves to be in the wrong and results in such retaining, will pay reasonable attorney’s fees and all costs incurred as a result thereof.

This Agreement shall be binding upon, and inure to the benefit of, the parties hereto and their respective heirs, personal representatives, successors and/or assigns. Speaker may not assign duties without Host’s written approval.

Force Majeure: Failure to perform any term or condition of this Agreement as a result of conditions such as, but not limited to acts of God, terrorism, disasters, or similar occurrences beyond the party’s control shall not be deemed a breach of this Agreement.
