4. Payment Authorization

By signing this agreement, you authorize MD Business Advisors to automatically process your monthly payment using the method provided below.

Payments are non-refundable.
If your card declines or payment fails, a $10 late fee applies. Declined transactions may incur additional fees.

5. Terms & Conditions

Term Commitment: 12-month commitment (or as otherwise expressed).
Access Rights: MBU content and materials are licensed for your businesss and team only. Sharing access externally is strictly prohibited.

6. Notices & Communications

All notices or communications under this Agreement must be submitted in writing.
Delivery methods include:

Certified mail (return receipt): effective within two business days of return receipt or "unclaimed" notice.

All correspondence should be sent to the addresses listed above.

7. General Provisions

Entire Agreement:
This document represents the complete understanding between the parties and supercesedes any prior verbal or written agreements.
Amendments:
Any modifications to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
Governing Law:
This Agreement is governed by the laws of State of Florida.
Force Majeure:
Nether party is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond their reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, or unforseen emergencies).
Severability:
If any section of this Agreement is found invalid, the remaining terms will remain in full effect.
Acknowledgement:
By signing below, you acknowledge that you ave read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Agreement and are of legal capacity to enter into it.

Guarantor Clause:
Any guarantor or account holder signing below guarantees full payment of all amounts owed under this Agreement. This is a guaranty of payment, not collection, and remains in effect even if terms are modified.
