HEREAS, Assignor, is authorizing the above listed company to use the Biz Tools and Success Library under the following guidelines.

Biz Tools and Success Library Usage Guidelines:

• All content and material are to be used by the authorized individual only
• Content may not be shared, emailed, copied, or distributed to any other person or company without a written consent of InSPAration Management
• Content is provided for personal use only and not be republished or distributed to any other party outside of the assigned organization.

This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with international laws regarding copyrighted materials; any legal action arising out of this Agreement shall be litigated and enforced under the laws of the United States of America.
