Brett Blumenthal - Sheer Balance - President

Brett launched Sheer Balance ( a leading consumer spa website) in order to grow the wellness and spa demographic by using the internet as a virtual tool to educate and develop a community around balanced living. She works with the spa and wellness industries to provide clear, concise and beneficial consumer information.

As an architect with Gensler, Brett works with spas and lifestyle clients to provide strategic design and branding efforts. She develops strategies for clients to ensure the business is properly met with design, and is sustainable in nature. Brett earned her Bachelor of Architecture and MBA from Cornell University.

Carol Leavitt, MBA - InSPAration Management - Consultant

Carol is a management consultant and leadership coach who has specialized in work performance solutions for over 25 years. She is the author of a dynamic leadership book, Play to Your Strengths: Stacking the Deck to Achieve Spectacular Results for Yourself and Others. Carol jumped into the spa industry six years ago as a consultant to an esthetics institution, and now owns a medi-day spa in Mesquite, Nevada.
